Domestic EPCs

EPC South Yorkshire specialise in domestic EPCs, which are a legal requirement if you are selling or letting a domestic property in the UK.

An EPC measures the energy efficiency of the property and assesses the room for improvement, helping us to cut our energy consumption, conserve the environment and is a great way for you to save money!

An EPC should be issued within 28 days of a property going on the sale or letting market, and is valid for 10 years. Reassessment will be needed after 10 years or if the property undergoes certain changes, such as an extension, roof, wall or floor insulation, or new double glazing boiler or heating system.
All existing homes can and should have an Energy Performance Certificate following a Reduced Data Standard Assessment Procedure (RdSAP EPC).

For a proper RdSAP, our assessor includes energy-efficiency measures that they can see or that can be proven. For any concerns regarding your EPC, you can always depend on our professionals for expert advice.

EPC South Yorkshire provides accurate energy performance certificates (EPC) for homes in South Yorkshire & Surrounding Areas
